When Jennifer was 12, her ballet teacher suggested that ‘good arm work’ was not enough and that she should apply herself to her love of music instead. Having enriched her University career by playing the guitar and singing in her spare time, Jennifer chose a scientific route and is now a seasoned counselor and a strong, versatile healthcare industry player. She has a depth of experience in such therapeutic areas as autoimmune diseases, HIV, obesity, oncology and dermatology. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of TogoRun London, she is responsible for maintaining and building the agency’s client relationships, business base, and leading its professional team.
Having worked at Roche for more than a decade, Jennifer has a keen and empathetic sensitivity to what clients most value in their agency partnerships. She has developed strong and productive relationships with many of Europe’s healthcare thought leaders and is well versed in the European and U.K. regulatory environments.
Jennifer holds a B.S Honours degree in biochemistry and a post graduate teaching qualification, having started out as a high school biology, science and mathematics teacher. She has a broad view of the pharmaceutical industry, including roles in sales, clinical research, marketing and communications. And, despite a harrowing experience while river rafting on the Zambezi river in Zimbabwe, she hopes to one day say (like Karen Blixen), "I HAVE a farm in Africa."
